You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will report to the Early Years Settings Manager in the day to day leadership; development; planning and organisation of the preschool in working in partnership with multi agencies, local authorities, volunteers; staff and Divisional Headquarters in building on the Ofsted rating in providing a high standard of service to our community.

You will work closely with new builds projects team, as well as other support services to introduce the home into the wider community and welcome each of our new residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to set the foundations of an outstanding care home and successfully drive it through its first inspection.

You will bring deep expertise in estuarine and coastal hydrodynamics, numerical modelling, wave–structure interaction and coastal resilience.

You will combine technical leadership with business development, client relationship management and team development.
