You will take ownership of delivery across complex defence programmes, shaping outcomes and bringing structure to work that needs clarity and control. This role gives you visibility, responsibility and the chance to see projects land properly rather than drift.

You will be represented by a specialist technical recruiter who will guide you through each stage of the process.

You will provide support and subject matter knowledge for defined workstreams and providing support for the KPMG Engagement Manager and your client.

You will likely be working in cross disciplinary teams of consultants supported by sub-contractors and members of the client’s own staff

You must have some hands-on technical experience, but we are looking for team members who are at the early stages of their career who also want to grow and learn more.

You will lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of small to medium complexity client engagements, ensuring all commitments are met while driving high‑performance delivery and strong commercial outcomes.

You will provide end‑to‑end oversight of engagement delivery, including governance, financial and commercial management, and continuous optimisation of delivery performance.

You will be the key point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in strengthening relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Director of International Business Development.

You will take ownership of controlling cost, schedule and risk across complex defence programmes, with a clear line of sight between data and decision making. This role gives you influence and progression within regulated delivery environments. Must-have eligibility - Sole British nationality with birth in the UK.
