You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).

You should also have extended relevant experience, preferably within the gas, electric heating, and renewables sector.

You will be responsible for leading partnerships and programmes across Highland, Moray and Perth and Kinross and will play a pivotal role in driving our organisation forward.

You must be a natural leader who is ambitious, flexible, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, whilst enjoying working as part of a team. The role is varied and you need to be a fast thinker and work well under pressure.

You will have the flexibility to work on a rota which includes mornings, evenings and weekends.

You will work with the team and lead on ensuring the Quality standards and specifications required are produced, implemented throughout construction and assured for handover; achieving best in class at all times. Monthly inspections shall be required on multiple sites as well as meetings in Kilsyth.

You will work closely with project teams, designers and stakeholders, influencing decisions that directly impact successful project delivery. What you will be doing - coordinate the design process across multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, giving you real influence over technical and commercial outcomes

You will be based / covering the North Scotland area acting as the key liaison between the customer and support services to provide exemplary customer service. A key part of the role is building relationships with our existing customers whilst sourcing and developing relationships with new customers in your sales territory.
