You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team. The role will generally include:- Analysing elements within the business or the whole business Making evaluations of all available data Identifying problems and looking at potential improvements

You will manage end to end membership and ticketing operations, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and support fan engagement initiatives that maximise operational efficiency and the supporter experience.

You will also be required to attend England fixtures both home and away, including overseas tournaments.

You will also take part in our out of hours on call rota for managers.

You will support the Service Manager to ensure high quality service delivery, being a key contact for staff, helping them feel supported, skilled, and empowered within their roles.
