You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be acting as a key point of contact. The role is based fully onsite at our Canterbury office, working Monday to Friday (8.30am till 5pm).

You will support external commercial opportunities to host safe and well managed events on council owned public open spaces.

You will support event organisers to deliver sustainable events that follow industry standard health and safety requirements.

You will be working directly within the operational team, supporting the Planned Works supervisors and the Customer Success Manager to deliver excellent customer service.

You will also be involved in delivering our social value programme. Act as an ambassador for Mears and the Council and support customer engagement activities across all work streams; planned and responsive works.
