You will be required to liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant and materials to carry out M&E works activities to the required standards, programme and budget.

You must hold a CSCS - White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor

You will investigate plant failures and carry out repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible to avoid interruptions to the process.

You will be expected to provide technical advice, referring to up-to-date technical knowledge, and provide training or support for technical trainees if required.

You will take responsibility for cleaning the setting, developing a sense of ownership and understanding of the cleaning requirements in that area. We will provide you with uniform, full-training, equipment, materials and a checklist of duties to enable you to clean to the highest standards.

You will be working 3 hours a day (15 hours a week), Monday - Friday.

You should have excellent interpersonal and ICT skills, and be comfortable producing reports and correspondence and handling documents, particularly noticing inconsistencies or errors.

You should be used to achieving performance targets against deadlines. Experience or a qualification related to health and safety would be highly desirable.
