You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to manage design progress, interface resolution, approvals, risk mitigation and technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will act as a technical liaison between designers, contractors, landowners and environmental bodies, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with programme expectations.

You will be a proactive and organised engineer with strong technical capability, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

You will be supporting the team on Landlord and tenant property management workload. Initial 3-month contract with the potential for this to be extended. This would suit someone with good landlord and tenant skills who is used to negotiating asset management deals, ideally in a Corporate Landlord environment.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Design Manager, Site Teams and external consultancies to build, maintain and monitor the master programme.

You will be analytical, structured and highly detail-focused, with a strong grasp of both planning theory and real-world construction methods.
