You will deliver excellent customer service, while safely and efficiently helping our clients downsize, relocate, and/or liquidate through online or in-person estate sales. You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
