You will be involved in assisting the commercial management team of various diverse & high-end projects and working closely with the Project Management team in a client facing role.

You will be involved in: Assisting in the preparation and submission of valuations.

You must posses or working towards a relevant third level qualification such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management.

You will: Carry out setting out, surveying, and marking of construction sites. Ensure design drawings are implemented correctly on site. Collaborate closely with the project manager, site foremen, and contractors. Monitor and report on site progress, highlighting any potential issues.
