You will become exposed to a wide range of technical disciplines, be able to follow technical argument and be able to influence the integrity of the final product.

You will be working on some of the country's most iconic buildings such as the 'Cheese Grater' 22 Bishopsgate, 'The Walkie Talkie', the Gherkin etc, with consultants who are at the top of their profession.

You will join a large team of industry‐leading, expert professionals and receive exposure to some of the best opportunities and challenges available.

You will be contracted to either the Bangor or Cardiff NRW office and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Travel between Bangor and Cardiff may be required, any face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.

You should have security clearance or be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance in the UK.

You will need to apply technical and practical skills to implement the requirements of drawings and specifications and ensure work is produced within clear guidelines, set goals and strive to achieve required results consistently.

You must have good knowledge of legislation, hazards and safe systems of work and have the ability to prioritise objectives and capable of completing work to deadlines.

You will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure technical excellence, compliance and timely delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will contribute to innovative, sustainable designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities Provide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.
