You will be very visible across a wide variety of stakeholders and drive projects from late-stage preclinical trials through to the market.

You will take on a highly challenging role; where you will exercise your operational, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to ensure complex projects are managed optimally.

You will be key in the day-to-day running of one of our supported housing services. We don’t run care homes, so there’s no need to provide personal care. The priority in your role includes the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation, including our customers. Working with people who have a range of needs, you could be doing any number of things.

You will ensure Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations are implemented and that regular site safety walks are carried out, site access is being effectively controlled and that all applicable technical specifications are being met.

You will creating initial designs and quotations, develop installation specifications and drawings, create project schedules, organise procurement and personnel, liaise with clients throughout and ensure projects are completed on time, to specification and to budget. This role would suit an electrically bias Project Manager with good knowledge and experience of engineering design.
