You will also be required to travel to sites at least once a month. The impact you’ll make You’ll provide vital business and administrative support to ensure our investment projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of successful tenders on data centres, comms rooms or similar projects involving critical infrastructure.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a building services estimating position. Must have full clean UK driving licence.

You will ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). You’ll be working in live environments, ensuring safety, quality, and resident engagement throughout. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of planned works and retrofit projects in occupied HRBs.

You will report to our Regional Head of Land and Development and support them in both seeking new work and progressing an existing pipeline of developments mainly secured through public sector engagements and partnering.
