You will help drive the future electrical systems for projects at this manufacturing site.

You will work closely with the Site Electrical Standards and Governance Manager.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that all electrical engineering aspects align with safety and quality standards.

You will help shape secure-by-design firmware solutions, including: - Secure boot, Root of Trust, and authenticated firmware updates - Threat modelling and firmware-level security risk assessment - Supporting projects aligned with cybersecurity regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)

You will combine embedded software development with day-to-day technical leadership, guiding a team of five engineers and playing a key role in shaping architecture, standards, and delivery across multiple embedded projects.

You will join the current team of two, to take the lead on all phases of project management for a particular product at the site. In this pivotal role, you'll drive projects from initial concept, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role is central to delivering high-impact projects that drive operational excellence.
