You will support the recruitment process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork and relevant documentation is complete. Keep accurate records of all relevant residents’ documentation to include financial contracts, monthly invoice requests and payments, pocket money cash records and sundry invoices.

You will act as a key support to both employees and managers, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. Your role will focus on employee relations, performance management, learning and development and HR compliance. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help drive employee engagement, ensure legal compliance, and support the wider business strategy.

You will notice that there are a fair few opportunities to make some quick improvements, however, they are very much looking at a long-term prospect with development opportunities across different areas of the business.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will need to be team player with excellent communication skills and be able to respond positively within a fast-moving environment. ​Responsibilities * To assist with the preparation and updating of job descriptions and person specifications.

You will be based out on site, working across a range of schemesWork within their in house Mechanical and Electrical department and alongside the Operations team, Technical, Project and Contract Manager’s to deliver the projects within the required timescalesKey Duties * Electrical Installations: Install wiring, circuits, and electrical components in new builds and refurbishments.

You will receive an annual salary of £34,000 per annum, and 33 days annual leave per year (including statutory holidays).
