You will act as Project Monitor on lender-funded developments from initial due diligence through delivery, providing trusted, commercially focused advice to lenders and project teams.

You will be expected to challenge assumptions, identify and articulate risk clearly, and contribute directly to lender confidence throughout the lifecycle of a project.

You will participate in project planning, proposal review, and will own the engineering elements of capital estimates. Your technical guidance and recommendations will ensure engineering aspects meet project requirements and remain within scope and budget.
