You will ensure the delivery of class leading service, conducting health surveillance, fitness for work health screening and health promotion to clients. The work is delivered at in a suitable room on client sites or from mobile screening units or RPS Clinics. You will need to be able to triage incoming tickets/requests, diagnose and resolve the tickets as best you can, and escalate up to 3rd line where you are unable to resolve the issue directly, but you will also be taken through the 3rd line resolution with the infrastructure team in order to better develop overall knowledge.
