You will be responsible for taking ownership of a product and transitioning this product to production, whilst also introducing continuous improvements that will assist the company to grow in a profitable manner. What you'll need to succeed Educated to a degree in an Engineering discipline.

You will support the commercial team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from early stages through to completion.

You will also support the ongoing development of bid processes, templates, and knowledge libraries, while carrying out research into clients, competitors, and market trends to strengthen the overall bid strategy.

You will lead design workshops, coordinate information flow and review design packages to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.

You will also support value-engineering discussions, identify risks early and help refine design solutions that balance buildability, creativity and commercial feasibility.
