You will strategically plan, schedule, and lead multiple construction projects across the UK portfolio, ensuring all projects within the programme are completed on time and within budget.

You will lead the construction project lifecycles from initial idea through to successful completion, setting out clear project methodologies and governance that embeds a structured approach with standardisation.

You must have procurement / commercial experience in: concrete (inc. Volumetric concrete), utilities, street works & plant machinery (inc. lifting / crane hire).

You will identify, source, and build strong working relationships with reliable suppliers, creating and maintaining a robust database of preferred vendors while ensuring key relationships are effectively managed.

You will also be expected to undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.

You will engage with architectural drawings, survey data, contractor input, and project specifications across residential and commercial developments within the construction sector.

You will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
