You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, support new housing developments, and play a key role in resident engagement and neighbourhood sustainability. Key Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to tenancy queries and permissions

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management services, responding to tenancy enquiries, managing community standards, and addressing tenancy breaches. The role also includes involvement in new housing developments and working closely with internal teams and external partners to create safe, welcoming communities.

You will provide one-to-one support, assess support needs, and coordinate services to maintain the high standards of integrity and professionalism. Your role will extend to delivering an excellent housing and estate management service, actively involving customers in supported housing schemes and the wider community.
