You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You will work closely with business owners and management teams to understand their objectives, design appropriate funding solutions and manage transactions from initial engagement through to completion. Facilities will typically include working capital, commercial property finance, asset finance and cash flow lending.

You will also be expected to complete the following; -2D and 3D models, perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection using relevant software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, HAP, or Elite).

You will be required to work from the office three days a week.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times. You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need.

You will be expected to work on design projects involving concrete and steel mainly.

You will be provided with support to meet the project commitments. Analysis and design of structural components and systems for various construction projects, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
