You will deliver targeted interventions, support pupils during transitions and moments of dysregulation, model positive behaviour and work closely with teachers to promote consistency across the school day. The ideal candidate will be calm, resilient and skilled at building trusting relationships to help pupils thrive academically and socially.

You will support their emotional wellbeing, promote positive behaviour, and help them develop confidence, resilience, and motivation.
