You will work 37.5 hours a week alongside an established multidisciplinary team at Badby Park, where you'll be responsible for the operational, strategic, financial and day-to-day running of units.

You will work towards achieving 100% in supervision and appraisal, and in mandatory training on your unit as you will oversee the recruitment, selection, appraisal and development of staff.

You will support the Homes Manager and Deputy Manager to manage the resources of the home to provide a positive living experience for the children and young people who are accommodated there.

You will undertake responsibilities in the home under the Care Standards Act 2000, the Children’s Homes Quality Standards and the Children’s Home Regulations 2015/18.

You will be a vital part of the kitchen team, working 37.5 hours a week, making daily meals for our service users, staff and visitors.

You will prepare food and help guide and train other team members.
