You will be based within an established Independent Approved Premises (IAP) which is commissioned by the Criminal Justice Service.

You will support residents who have recently been released from prison who move into our residential accommodation.

You will play a vital role in supporting our residents to rebuild their lives, communities, and provide opportunities for them to do this.

You will provide high-quality secretariat support, act as a trusted point of contact for members and help strengthen effective corporate governance across the organisation. Organise Council and Committee meeting cycles and ensure papers are published accurately and on time. Act as Committee Secretary for allocated Committees and working groups.

You will lead and support a team of operatives, manage schedules, uphold health & safety standards, and act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams. This role is to cover a variety of locations, predominantly London but also Sunderland, Gloucestershire, Newcastle, Portsmouth, Southampton so you must be happy to stay away for upto 2 weeks at a time.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Art and Product Design lessons, with a particular emphasis on KS4, supporting students through their coursework and practical projects. The role will involve guiding students through the design process, encouraging creativity, and maintaining high standards of work and behaviour in practical learning environments.
