Purchase Ledger Assistant jobs in Perth

You will be responsible for all sales ledger related activities for our Perth depot, including raising invoices and credit control.

You will also have a friendly telephone manner for answering and directing all incoming telephone calls to the depot. Computer literacy is essential for this role, as part of your responsibilities will be assisting with the management of our CRM database.

You will be provided with training to gear you up for every aspect of the customer experience.

You will enjoy a varied role driving locally as well as building relationships with our regular customers. Our drivers are the beating heart of our business and you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time and with a great service. This is a 7 day operation, our shift patterns may include some weekend working.

You will need to be confident dealing with customers have the ability to build great customer relationships with a good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skill alongside being computer literate.

You will be a strong communicator, able to demonstrate leadership behaviours with the ability to influence, manage, motivate, coach and develop a team by fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
