You will perform tasks that are critical to the business. This will suit somebody who already is an Operations Manager, who wants to lead from a strategic stance to enhance the workforce. We are looking for someone from a production, engineering or manufacturing background. An engineering focused degree would be the ideal.

You will lead and develop a substantial head office and finance function, with direct responsibility for: - HR Team – 4 Direct Reports - Financial Controllers (Multi-site) – 9 Reports (via Operations Accountant)

You will need to lead, motivate, and inspire your team to success. Ultimately, as Site Director, you will deliver and manage KPI's and other measures; driving capabilities and competencies across the business unit in line with any group wide objectives and targets.

You will take full responsibility for land appraisal, marketing research, pricing, site launches, and managing reservations through to customer handovers.

You will also contribute at board level, helping to shape the long-term strategy and growth of the business, ensuring the Sales and Marketing department drives value, performance, and customer satisfaction.

You will truly own the numbers. You'll drive marketing-sourced pipeline from current state to 40%+ contribution, as well as build the demand conversion engine that turns marketing activity into qualified sales opportunities. If pipeline doesn't hit target, you'll own both the problem and the solution.
