You will be working for a busy specialist construction contractor that are within an umbrella of 4 other companies. The office you will manage is shared between 2 of the companies. The role will also be part office admin focused. This permanent position will be full time (40 hours)

You will either:Be studying or havepleted an Accounting qualification at Level 2 or above ( AAT), orHave at least 3 years’ experience in an accounting environmentYou’ll also bring:Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skillsExcellentmunication and presentation abilitiesConfidence in processing financial transactions up to annual accounts #4740578 - Thomas Hayes

You will work closely with a range of property professionals, including the Residential Portfolio Manager, Senior Estate Manager, other Lettings Officers, Building Supervisors and Building Surveyors, to help manage our residential portfolio.

You will report to the Residential Portfolio Manager and be part of a supportive team responsible for managing our Let Estate in the South West.

You will ideally be a qualified Accountant or an Accountancy Finalised preparing for your final assessment.

You will be working in a complex financial environment, and you will need to learn the finance function of the business with a view to taking over the complete end-to-end financial functions after an impending retirement.
