You will be accountable for developing and executing the HS&E strategy across the Framework to ensure our operations meet exemplary safety, health, and environmental standards.

You will be responsible for holding a caseload of autistic children, young people and/or adults with associated needs such as ADHD, social communication difficulties, sensory processing needs and trauma.

You will provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention plans to support and develop the functional communication skills of pupils with complex communication needs.

You will need to hold a subject specific qualification in your chosen field and an appropriate teaching qualification or be prepared to achieve one within your first year of service.

You should also be able to travel to any of our 3 centres within the borough.

You will receive a minimum of 26 days annual leave each year, in addition to bank holidays.

You will have a creative and dynamic approach and be able to engage with hard to reach and other vulnerable groups.
