You will be working in a mainstream Primary School. The role will be 1-2-1 based with a student who has Additional Needs (ASD). The school's mission is to challenge, enrich, and empower every learner, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

You will support high-quality teaching, adapt learning to meet individual needs, and make a positive impact on pupil progress. Strong experience with SEN pupils is essential, including implementing support plans and working collaboratively with teachers and external professionals.

You will work closely with class teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences, provide targeted support to individuals or small groups, and occasionally cover whole-class lessons. Class cover may include other year groups, depending on the needs of the school.
