You will review customer complaints and ensure the right action is taken to resolve these.

You will review RAMS for all works to be delivered on the gravity sewer network.

You will support significant incidents (pollution / flooding) and support field-based teams to incident manage the situation.

You will also benefit from having: Knowledge of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 would be an advantage, but training will be given to the right candidate. Previous experience in commercially orientated and / or regulated environment. Previous experience gained within the broader utilities, or a customer focused environment.

You will also benefit from having: - A recognised qualification in PMO methodologies such as the APM certified PMO Practitioner Course - Experience of Asset Investment decision making in large investment Programmes - Experience of working in a regulated environment
