You will be responsible for: - Using TIG welding equipment to fabricate parts and assemblies in line with production schedules. - Preparing tools, equipment, and components for welding operations. - Manufacturing components using jigs and fixtures according to works orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

You will work 37.5 hours a week alongside an established multidisciplinary team at Badby Park, where you'll be responsible for the operational, strategic, financial and day-to-day running of units.

You will work towards achieving 100% in supervision and appraisal, and in mandatory training on your unit as you will oversee the recruitment, selection, appraisal and development of staff.

You will help shape strategy, influence sustainable growth and ensure services remain financially strong while supporting vulnerable people across communities.

You will work closely with operational leaders, commissioners and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are robust, opportunities are maximised and services are commercially sound.
