You will be responsible for working as a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region.

You will coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes as identified and agreed by Operational Management.

You will be responsible of the following tasks: -Supervise the implementation of the Quality Control function plans, and ensure their compliance with client quality system

You should bring an Engineering related Degree, a track record in facilitating FMEA for new products as well as expertise in regulatory compliance and quality standards.

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of a multi-year transformation of the Animal and Plant Health Agency campus in Surrey. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-profile programme that directly supports public and animal health across the UK.

You should bring an Electronic Engineering related Degree, a track record in facilitating FMEA for new products, experience of working closely with design and development teams as well as expertise in regulatory compliance and quality standards.

You will also have experience of rolling out new financial software systems and integration of CRM systems. It is essential that you have set up systems previously and have a high level of IT literacy.

You will be responsible for keeping ledgers up to date, Treasury functions and banking relations as well as VAT returns.

You will be managing a UK based team of four and take a leading role in upholding the highest standards of product quality and compliance. You’ll ensure that all Quality operations run seamlessly and meet the rigorous requirements of GxP regulations, Clinigen Quality Systems and global industry standards.
