You will manage trailer movements, monitor Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) performance, produce operational reports, and provide timely information to support decision-making. The role involves working closely with Senior Management, Shift Managers, Traffic teams, engineers, and security, while also coaching and supporting team members.

You will ensure consistent performance, capability development, and alignment with group standards, overseeing programme-level planning, risk management, and benefit tracking to support strategic decision-making.

You will contribute to shaping the group’s portfolio management approach and strategic delivery capability.

You will manage three main functions of the business, with three manager s directly reporting to you and a team of 35+ behind them.

You will be working, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of £42,024.00 per annum.

You will currently be working within or have experience of a customer service environment and have a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.

You will confidently lead the critical path to ensure timely delivery of samples and take full accountability for the Womenswear product development from initial concept through to final product ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and brand direction.

You must have at least 3 years prior Military Service, or be currently serving, in any arm of the British Military, regular or reserves.

You must be over 18 years and under 57 years of age at re-enlistment.

You must be medically fit and have a Body Mass Index below 32.

You must have a full UK driving licence with less than 8 penalty points.

You will be responsible for the fault-finding, servicing, repairs and maintenance of a range of powered access equipment within the depot and on customers sites. - Routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.

You will be required to complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.

You will be expected to lead and develop various mechanical engineering systems, equipment and components - The successful candidate will connect and build relationships with suppliers to ensure that equipment and component specifications challenging demands

You will hold an up to date Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) hold a current drivers licence with no more than 6 points ,

You will be highly customer focused and have a good attention to detail, demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have the ability to make decisions and problem solve.

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing a range of activities, such as campaign management, market and target customer research, content creation, and data/insight gathering.

You will drive continuous improvements to ensure all targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards across every task. Ensure Smooth Handover: Deliver detailed and clear handover reports to the incoming Shift Manager, guaranteeing a seamless transition between shifts and uninterrupted operational flow.

You will lead a team in maintaining the accuracy of pharmaceutical inventory, manage inventory systems, and implement safety protocols. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary and various employee benefits, such as flexible pay options and generous annual leave.
