You will lead core GCP quality activities including quality system oversight, audit planning and execution, and regulatory inspection readiness. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality strategy, shape inspection preparedness, and drive continuous improvement across a growing clinical portfolio.

You will be responsible for overseeing two Quality Inspectors, driving continuous improvement across the business & utilising your technical expertise to collaborate with R&D on new products & take accountability for implementing & refining production & manufacturing processes.

You will play a key role in ensuring quality standards are met from goods-in through to final assembly, working closely with engineering, production and suppliers.

You will also hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to UK supplier and client sites when required.

You will have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes within the construction/façade industry Key Responsibilities: - Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards - Provide technical supervision to maintain high-quality standards on-site

You will be an experienced Quality professional from a manufacturing or automotive supply-chain environment, confident working cross-functionally and dealing directly with customers.
