You will be responsible for overseeing two Quality Inspectors, driving continuous improvement across the business & utilising your technical expertise to collaborate with R&D on new products & take accountability for implementing & refining production & manufacturing processes.

You will proactively identify deviations, assess their impact on production, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Working independently within our Quality team, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to uphold and improve our quality assurance processes.
