You will provide consistent regular reporting of the condition and efficiency of the electrical systems, identifying any areas for improvement.

You will also support the development of the subject area by ensuring a high quality of student experience is provided and a sustainable offer to current and future students and aligned to both employer and student demands.

You will provide students with an effective learning experience by providing high quality academic guidance and advice.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, with a strong focus on drainage works.

You will be part of a team who cover the ASDA estate of stores, reporting in to the Regional Engineering Supervisor, looking after 30 stores to deliver the planned and reactive maintenance. Responsibilities will include maintenance and repair all sanitaryware, conduct general plumbing and to clean and ensure that all surface and foul water drainage systems in and around ASDA stores are serviceable.

You will not be working on engines. You’ll follow clear instructions (SOPs), use a variety of hand and power tools, and make sure all work meets high-quality and safety standards.
