You will lead an established Test Engineering organisation and play a key role in improving the consistency, effectiveness, and scalability of testing across teams, with a strong focus on quality outcomes and customer confidence. This is a player–coach role, requiring you to remain technically hands-on while also developing people, standards, and ways of working.

You will work closely with buyers and the European Supplier Quality & Development (SQ&D) team, reporting directly to the SQ&D EMEAI Manager. Key Responsibilities This role includes, but is not limited to: - Implementing and maintaining standard work procedures and business processes at supplier locations.

You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain product safety, legality, and customer compliance throughout all stages of production, while supporting a strong quality culture on site.

You will conduct project audit activities to assess the implementation status of these arrangements and report any findings. Additionally, you will be expected to perform specific tasks on behalf of the Assurance function as needed.
