You will be responsible for helping to deliver our strategy, and managing projects to agreed schedules, costs, scope, and quality.

You will work closely with the PMO & Delivery Manager, business function and workstream leads, to execute project, programme, and strategy delivery.

You should have significant experience working within multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate strong leadership in coordinating care, discharge planning, and liaising with commissioners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with patients and colleagues.

You will hold a Master's degree in relevant subject area (PhD desirable)

You will have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area

You will have successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes

You will have proven experience of providing individual and group study skills support in response to identified learning needs

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

You will develop a culture of support enabling midwives across all areas to provide high quality care, identifying opportunities for improvements.
