You will be a pivotal figure in the business with a high level of accountability, responsible for the quality of all product. We are looking for a high calibre individual who knows their craft, is meticulous in all they do and has the ambition and ability to grow into a senior figure within the company.

You will be required to be flexible in your hours supporting the children the staff and the Manager Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities:

You will oversee the working rotas. Salary: Competitive -40 hours per week annual salary £30k-£35k plus sleeps

You will have proven experience of, and a passion for supporting teaching staff to success through coaching and mentoring.

You will have experience of internal verification or quality assurance for Teaching, Learning and Assessment.

You will have an ability to engage and motivate individuals to deliver performance outcomes in further education, work based learning and higher education.

You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.
