You will lead core GCP quality activities including quality system oversight, audit planning and execution, and regulatory inspection readiness. You will act as an external arm of their clients, liaising with and managing CDMO's, and other key Vendors.

You will be speaking with key stakeholders including C-suite, and VP level, as well as connecting with entry level and specialists within their clients.

You will lead an established Test Engineering organisation and be responsible for improving consistency, effectiveness, and scalability of testing across teams. The focus is on raising standards, modernising test capability, and embedding quality-first engineering, rather than growing headcount.

You will lead risk-based compliance reviews, work closely with senior stakeholders, and help drive innovation in assurance through data, technology, and strong governance.
