You will take a pro-active approach to supporting Personal Development Managers (Assessors) to deliver progressive teaching, learning and assessment visits with learners in line with our curriculum approaches and awarding organisation standards, observing practice and working with them to drive improvements through Quality Development Plans and team standardisations.

You will provide senior clinical leadership and operational oversight for medical staff within the organisations inpatient services.

You will also maintain a clinical caseload.

You will provide line management, supervision and professional support to the Clinical Directors and through them.

You will also participate in a weekend rota. Rewards and benefits Salary typically ranges from £70,000 to £100,000, with relocation support considered for the right candidate. Benefits include 6.6 weeks' holiday (including bank holidays), an annual CPD allowance of £1,750 plus five days' study leave, and full payment of RCVS fees, VDS cover, and two additional professional memberships.
