You will be responsible for the delivery of care to vulnerable adults, providing assessments under The Care Act and the reviews of these assessments in the community.

You will be supporting adults to maintain independence using the skills and local knowledge to identify support in the community.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site activities from launch order through to final client handover. Key Responsibilities - Supervise the end-to-end installation of modular buildings, ensuring all programme milestones and handover dates are achieved. - Plan, manage, and monitor contractor programmes; report progress against key milestones to enable accurate programme tracking.

You will provide pastoral and safeguarding support, work closely with curriculum teams to address attendance and behaviour concerns, and help deliver a varied programme of enrichment activities.

You will be an approachable and positive individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting young people.
