You will provide all round engineering support maintaining the buildings infrastructures.

You will have a detailed understanding of all new or current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and complying with the Health & Safety/building codes of practice.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while managing a range of commercial gas appliances. While the role primarily covers London and the South, national coverage may be required for sickness or holiday cover.

You will take ownership of all BMS activities from late-stage installation through commissioning, integration, testing, and final handover. Acting as the technical authority for BMS on site, you will coordinate across mechanical, electrical, commissioning, and client teams to ensure systems operate seamlessly and meet all performance and compliance requirements.
