You will help clients unlock new value from their data, automate complex processes, and drive digital transformation through the practical application of cutting‑edge AI.

You will work on a rail milling train, a highly specialised on-track machine that uses precision cutting heads to remove rail defects and restore rail profile. Rail milling is cleaner and more controlled than rail grinding, producing metal swarf rather than heavy airborne dust, and requires strong capability across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and safety-critical systems.

You will be required to operate tracked 360 machines for excavation, grading, and trenching works, with a focus on stability and environmental sensitivity in areas of deep peat and soft subsoil.

You will be required to work on a shift patten, e. g 14 days on, 5 days off.
