You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.

You will also work within the Rapid response function undertaking assessments 24/7 received from Urgent Mental Health Helpline as well as undertaking gatekeeping assessments.

You will be joining friendly, passionate colleagues, rich in their diversity, who are committed to providing excellent care to our service users and their loved ones.

You will provide essential patient care and support under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Candidates must have a current NYS licensure, 2 years of acute care nursing experience, and strong phlebotomy and IV skills. This role offers a competitive salary range of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour and is available for full-time and part-time positions.
