You will manage and improve the company website, SEO, PPC and online marketplaces (Amazon and eBay), turning traffic into profitable, repeat business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who also understands performance marketing and marketplaces and wants clear responsibility for delivering measurable commercial results.

You will hold overall responsibility for the day‐to‐day operation of the practice.

You will identify training needs and support development plans, recognise and celebrate strong performance and positive behaviours, and address underperformance early through coaching, support, and structured action plans.

You will be based as per this advert however you may be required to work from any of the ELHT sites.
