You will react swiftly to machine breakdowns, labour constraints, and material shortages. - We'll rely on your expertise in optimising production efficiency by balancing priorities, changeovers, and site capacity.

You will collaborate remotely with site operations managers to validate plans.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high quality components, you will be setting up and operating the CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling and turning, whilst reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and CAD files.

You will take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to specification, while maintaining strong client relationships. This role provides additional capacity during a busy period and requires someone who can integrate quickly and support the wider team.
