You will provide all round engineering support maintaining the buildings infrastructures.

You will have a detailed understanding of all new or current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and complying with the Health & Safety/building codes of practice.

You will deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties, ensuring safe, comfortable homes for our residents.

You will be supplied a company van and fuel card.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements. All works will be logged using the CAFM system and electronic logbooks. Candidates must hold a clean UK driving licence and be able to successfully pass a basic DBS check.

You will be working across commercial sites, mainly office buildings carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on air conditioning and/or chiller systems. The role offers a stable workload, strong support, and forward-planned scheduling wherever possible.
