You will be responsible for managing the reservation system, optimising table allocation and guest flow, and working closely with senior management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service throughout each shift.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the reception team, setting high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

You will spend 2 days per week in the Accounts department and 3 days per week on Reception, meeting and greeting customers and supporting the smooth running of the office.
