You will lead, motivate, coach and develop the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and exceed store performance targets.

You will approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, whilst using solution based selling and offering products and services that meet the customers needs.

You will play a vital role in supporting production by handling materials and tooling through kitting, storage, and dispatch duties, while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of store processes. The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help keep the workplace safe and organized.
