You will be responsible for conducting high volume, high quality interviews across a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on sales positions alongside office and professional vacancies.

You will be fully trained on our style of interviewing and assessing candidates, with clear structure and expectations, while still allowing you to bring your own personality and experience into conversations.

You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality solutions across a mixture of temporary and permanent vacancies. Typical roles include General Operatives, Skilled Operatives, Butchery roles, Supervisors, and middle‑management positions such as Production Managers.

You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00. We’re a flexible and supportive employer and flexibility is a two-way street.

You will be conducting business development (sales calls) to seek out new business and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. This is a sales based role where you will enjoy commission alongside your base salary with the potential to earn £32,000 - £40,000 in your first year.
